What are the production processes of non-woven handbags?
Canvas bags generally use screen printing technology, which is often referred to as "screen printing", which has always been a commonly used printing technology by many canvas bag manufacturers. Generally, it is printed manually, so the color of the process is not easy to control, so many new non-woven printing methods have emerged. Here we introduce the mainstream ones in the market:

1、 Watermark

It is named after its use of water-based elastic glue as the printing medium. It is more common in textile printing, also known as printing. When printing, mix the color paste with water-based elastic glue. When developing the printing plate, it is not necessary to use chemical solvents, and it can be washed directly with water. It is characterized by good coloring power, strong concealment and fastness, water washing resistance, and basically no odor.

2、 Gravure printing

The products processed in this way are usually called peritoneal canvas bags. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is selected to print the pictures on the film, and then the film with pictures is composite on the non-woven fabric by the film coating process. This process is generally used for canvas bags with large-area colorful picture printing. It is characterized by exquisite printing, machine production and short production cycle. Other products have excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the products is better than that of canvas bags produced by other processes. There are two kinds of films available: bright and matte. Matte has a sanding effect! The defect is that it conflicts with the concept of environmental protection, because the film is difficult to degrade.

3、 Thermal transfer

Thermal transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing! This method requires an intermediate medium, that is, the pictures and texts are printed on the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper first, and then the pictures are transferred to the non-woven fabric by heating the transfer equipment. The medium commonly used in textile printing is thermal transfer film. Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich hierarchical edition, comparable to photos. Suitable for small area and colorful image printing. The defect is that the price is high and the printing cost is high.
